• 20% third instalment payable in September 2008
• 20% fourth instalment payable in January 2009
• 10% final instalment payable on completion of the complex
(approx. March 2009)
With 5 % discount

• 90% first instalment (less the deposit) payable at signing the

Ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer when the Act15 certificate is issued.
