Ravda Beach “New Offer”

About the complex

The building is ferroconcrete construction, inside and outside walls- brickwork, roof- ceramics roof- tile, edging iron-sheet.

Corridor, staircase, floor of the common parts will be facing with Italian granite, railing of the staircase will be form metal or wood, the walls and the sealing- lime-cement plaster, stucco ground coat, painted with latex.
The staircase illumination is with photo-cells glass lamps, general average lightning.
The building will have intercom phones and the availability for videophones, the same system executes the role for security system for each home.
The windows of the building will be from PVC joinery and glass.
The entrance door is with automatic lock.
Inside partition doors are from massive coniferous trees with luxury plate. The outside walls are from “Terasit” that is a product from BASF and also there is heat insulation. The firm gives 10 years guarantee. This is also described in the guarantee contract.
The roof is with 10 years grantee.

About the region
The small village Ravda is situated between Nesseber and Aheloi Village. It is 28 km. North from Burgas. Ravda is a sea resort with a lot of hotels, apartments and different beaches who are one of the most beautiful on the Black Sea Coast. One of the Ravda sandy beaches goes all the way to Nesseber. Nesseber is a historical resort with a lot of museums interesting buildings and a lot of antique shops. Nesseber is only just a couple of minutes with car from Ravda. North from Nesseber is Sunny Beach who is one of the most luxury sea resort on the Black See Coast. Sunny Beach offers a lot of tourist service. A person who stays in Ravda can visit Elenite, St. Vlas and Emine. Those are places with one of the nicest beaches who are very attractive quiet and in the same time they offer all kind of beach entertainment.
