Payment Plan
Standard
- 5 % deposit /first installment/ to the bank account of the builder (non-refundable)
- 25 % /second installment/ paid at signing the Preliminary Contract (approx. 28 days after the deposit is given)
- 20 % /third installment/ paid when the first floor is reached (approx. March 2008)
- 20 % /fourth installment/ when the fourth floor is reached (approx. June 2008)
- 10 % /fifth installment/ when the complex reaches shetll stage (approx. October 2008)
- 10 % /sixth installment/ the window joinery is installed (approx. December 2008)
- 10 % /seventh installment/ is paid on completion of the complex and receiving of Act 16 (permission to use), at which point the ownership of the property will be transferred to the buyer
